All you need to do is mix porridge
oats with some milk and yoghurt (I use
coconut milk and
coconut yoghurt normally), some dried apple pieces, a sprinkling of chia seeds, a handful of sunflower seeds and some juicy raisins, then just stir it all together and leave it sit for about a minute.
I like washing the mask off
with a handful of
oats soaked in hot water so that I give my skin a little exfoliation too and then I finish by moisturising
with a little
coconut oil!
With the
coconut water, it provides much needed electrolytes that are depleted, and I just add extra protein and a source of carbs like organic
oats.
I have never tried mixing
oats with yogurt and milk but it sounds really good — especially if you use
coconut milk and yogurt like you do.
Instead of being made
with ingredients such as flour, butter and sugar, I use ingredients such as
oats, nuts,
coconut oil and maple syrup.
Sadly I haven't made it
with anything else, you could try replacing the
coconut oil
with another neutral oil of your choice and use more

Melt the
coconut and honey on a low heat
with the cinnamon take it off the heat and let it cool add the vanilla,
oats and almond flakes, mix well and top over the apple and raspberries.
This is 1/3 cup
oats with 2 Tbsp,
coconut flour and water.
A great filling, creamy option
with all the nutrients you'll need to fuel your day includes frozen banana, natural yogurt, avocado,
oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, almond butter (just half - a-teaspoon)
coconut water and maple syrup.
Meanwhile, make skillet granola: combine old - fashioned
oats with sliced almonds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds,
coconut oil and honey and cook it in a skillet for about 5 minutes, stirring often.

Since mangos are so sweet it was the perfect balance
with the creamy
oats and toasty
coconut.
Its crusted
with just a tiny bit of sugar, but a lot of
oats,
coconut, seeds and pretty much anything else wholesome you like to mix into your granola.
Anyway, the key to overnight
oats is to basically drown the
oats with almond milk (any other milk would work too —
