Each year the School of Art and Visual Studies sponsors lectures, exhibitions, and workshops by scholars and artists concerned
with contemporary visual culture in cooperation with the Art History & Visual Studies program and its various courses in visual studies.
Drawing from the history of art, design, and visual culture, our program provides students the intellectual resources they need to engage critically and creatively
with contemporary visual culture.
The gallery represents a group of international artists who are producing significant works of lasting value that explore, engage and resonate
with contemporary visual culture.
