Cool tart for at least another hour before slicing
with a thin, sharp knife
dipped in cold water.
It's

with one donut at a time,
dip it into the glaze, jiggle it a bit (still upside down) to remove any glaze excesses and transfer to a plate or a
cooling rack.
These wings are best when served

cooling, zingy scallion
