Cream of Tomato Soup
with Cubed Chicken and Wild Rice This is a delicious, protein - packed twist on the classic tomato soup.
Topped
with cubed chicken, chopped crispy bacon, diced hard boiled eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, grated carrots, sliced avocado, and cubed avocado.
Shaved Brussels sprouts are mixed
with cubed chicken, crunchy bacon, salty parmesan cheese that all gets tossed in an asiago peppercorn dressing.

Stir in the
cubes of
chicken, season well

cubes... throw the frozen

cubes in before leaving for work, and set it to start cooking in 2 or 3 hours.

cube the sweet potatoes and add them to the pot along
with the broccoli stalks, stems, and the

When choosing store - bought broth make sure you choose a quality one made
with real
chicken as opposed to stock
cubes, no added sugar, and low in sodium so that you can control the amount of salt added.
