However, the International is already under way,
with expanding

with a highly crafted
curatorial process, public programs, commissioned essays, and immersive site visits.
Residents are provided
with administrative,
curatorial, and professional support to explore and expand the scope of their artistic practice through

In 2007, together
with Iris Müller - Westermann, McElheny co-curated a groundbreaking display of the very first painter of geometric abstraction, the visionary Hilma af Klint, at the Moderna Museet in Stockholm, and in 2011 McElheny's highly
researched interpretations of Blinky Palermo's «lost» wall paintings of 1970 - 1972 were exhibited at the Hessel Museum of Art at CCS Bard College as part of his large scale collaborative
curatorial project
with curator Lynne Cooke and CCS director Tom Eccles.
In addition to advisory and
curatorial services for private and public collections, Puccio Fine Art assists individuals and institutions
with collection management, fine art investment portfolios, insurance valuation, authentication and provenance
research.
Her
research and
curatorial practice, which span large - scale museum exhibitions
with extensive catalogues as well as scholarly books and articles, have been instrumental in introducing the work of now seminal black artists (such as Martin Puryear, David Hammons, and Lorna Simpson) to wide audiences and bringing to light long - forgotten or overlooked black artists.

With a focus on
research, project - based learning and collaboration, NLE Lab is designed to deepen an understanding of the development of a
curatorial practice that is centered on responding to a specific context in a distinctly urban setting.
As part of an ongoing
research project by the artists David Blandy, Larry Achiampong and James A. Holland, this collaboration
with Curatorial Fellow Morgan Quaintance focused on the cultural impact, social networks and practices that the game produced in London during the 1990s and early 2000s.
Continuing its collaboration
with the Delfina Foundation, the 2018 Samdani Art Award deepened its support of emerging Bangladesh based artists under the
curatorial direction of Simon Castets (Director, Swiss Institute, New York), who also conducted
research for 89plus.

As the University Museum of Contemporary Art's first
Curatorial Fellow, Kathleen Banach (M.A. candidate in Art History «09) will work in consultation
with the staff of the University Museum of Contemporary Art and art history professor Mario Ontiveros to focus her
research on these photographs.
Typical responsibilities include: assisting in the execution and publication of exhibition brochures; assisting
with curatorial committee preparation and planning efforts for exhibitions during the upcoming season; maintaining an active presence on web and social media outlets;
researching and producing supplemental materials for exhibitions and special events; exploring opportunities for institutional collaboration; seeking sponsorship and grant opportunities; assisting
with publicity and coordination of events; monitoring the gallery space; assisting on installation; and educating audience members on current exhibitions.
Kery James Marshall's «Mastry «exhibit, is co-organized
with The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, and cocurated by former Manilow Senior Curator Dieter Roelstraete; Helen Molesworth, Chief Curator at LAMOCA; and Ian Alteveer, Associate Curator at The Met;
with the assistance of Karsten Lund, former
Curatorial Assistant, and Abigail Winograd, former
Research Associate at the MCA.
The journal is intended to provide a high - caliber international forum for disseminating original
research and scholarship and for sustaining a lively engagement
with intellectual developments and methodological debates in art history, visual and material cultural studies, and

With the $ 500,000 Mellon grant received in 2013, the museum expanded its

research collections at the Center for
Curatorial Studies Library and Archives strive to be as comprehensive as possible.

with other recent financial gifts and new acquisitions, the A.F.A / Pat Hearn Gallery archives transform the holdings of CCS Bard into a preeminent
research center for the study of contemporary art and
curatorial practices.
This exhibition is the resultof her
research in the context of Barcelona whilst in residence
with BAR project, the
curatorial agency that promotes dialogue, hospitality, collaboration and exchange between artists and curators at local and international level.

Among the fields of
research with which she is currently preoccupied are the concept of artistic work, the aesthetic, social and political possibilities of
curatorial work, the implications of globalization for the cultural sphere and the functions of the postmodern image of the artist.
As co-curator of street art exhibition and Prospect P. 3 + site ExhibitBE, Lydia
researched and documented the history of the blighted apartment complex in which the work was created to guide the
curatorial process, managed community programming and daily operations, and, after the exhibition closed, coordinated the #PaintWhereItAint Tour through which several ExhibitBE artists traveled across the southwest United States to collaborate
with artists in other cities on community - centered public art projects.
