Heres a little tip: You can make them a couple of hours ahead of time and keep them covered
with damp paper towels or a damp kitchen towel.
Stack wrappers in 2 piles
with damp paper towels between the wrappers.
If it starts to stick to the spoon wipe the spoon
with a damp paper towel.
Keep covered
with a damp paper towel while make the rest and until ready to serve.
You can recreate this by piecing each potato a couple times with a knife, place on a large plate, cover
