with a deep fat fryer, but an air fryer lets you fry with less oil and use it as a mini-oven.

As I've said before, anything loaded
with trans
fats (like
deep fried food) or high fructose corn syrup (in sodas) are the absolute worst things you can put in your body.
In interpreting these test results, I think it should be recognized that the various individual issues — such as the iron deficiency anemia, the high anion gap metabolic acidosis, the «euthyroid sick syndrome» pattern of low T3 thyroid hormone (see my post «Carbohydrates and the Thyroid,» Aug 24, 2011), and the low cortisol
with a disrupted circadian pattern — are probably reflections of
deeper problems caused by malnutrition (starvation of carbs, protein, and assorted micronutrients) despite excess
fat intake (a source of metabolic stress).
I'm not going to waste your time
with facts about this nasty

deep yellow to orange in color — sources), fish eggs (many can tolerate fish eggs even
with a seafood allergy), emu oil from emus eating their native diet (sources),
deep orange yolks from pastured hens, and liver from land based animals.
Avoid
deep - fried foods unless you are preparing them at home
with a heat stable F&O like ghee, tallow, lard or duck / goose
fat.
For example, I'm pretty strict about never eating anything

with trans
fats, never eating white bread, and never drinking sodas or sweetened soft drinks of any kind... but I'll admit that one thing I've chosen to not be strict about is drinking alcohol.

fat weight, etc. just be careful to ramp up slowly and to eat / drink the simple carbs
with meals, etc. you can do this in the meantime while you dig
deeper into your possible gut issues.
