I didn't have any
chicken mince, so I
diced some thighs, and added some broccoli and carrots, also I misread the recipe and browned the onions
with the
chicken.
Stir the chopped artichokes, chopped tomatoes, and
diced cooked
chicken in
with the pasta.
Add your chopped veggies and cream cheese to the slow cooker, and mix until well combined
with the
chicken broth (I like to
dice the cream cheese into cubes to make it easier).
Keep your pantry filled
with canned beans, cans of
diced tomatoes, rice, pasta,
chicken broth and spices.
I also made gluten free organic
chicken nuggets,
diced them and topped
with some fresh parm.

I made it
with the turkey like you did but added 2
diced chicken sausages, fresh garlic and doubled the sweet potato and spinach (maybe 3X the spinach).
Place the
diced chicken in a mixing bowl
with the remaining ingredients.
In summer, ratatouille or
chicken breasts browned and simmered in a can of
