I made it
with the
turkey like you did but added 2
diced chicken sausages, fresh garlic and doubled the sweet potato and spinach (maybe 3X the spinach).
To make the Empanadas, Grace - Marie started off by
dicing the sweet potato and sautéing it
with the
turkey, cumin and cinnamon.
