We were wondering what we could make
with the inner - section of the
embroidery hoop, and couldn't think of anything better than a Spring wreath!
It comes
with two
embroidery hoops: one is the big
hoop for large projects, and the other is a four by four - inch
hoop for those
embroideries that are less grandiose.
It comes
with an extra-large
embroidery area so you can make large designs, as well as a second
hoop that is only four by four inches just so you have options.
It is usually measured by the size of the
hoop that comes
with the home
embroidery machine.
This sewing /
embroidery machine comes
with a ten inch by six - inch
embroidery hoop which already gives it a large
embroidery area.
This frame
with chicken wire was in another corner of the kitchen, but I moved it over to this area and added some fall shaped cookie cutters and another one of my
embroidery hoop jack - o» - lanterns to it.

I purchased a few different sizes of
embroidery hoops from JoAnn Fabric and I «stained» them all
with a watered down brown milk paint (Curio by Miss Mustard Seed's Milk Paint).
Anyway, this is not a blog about my shortcomings in restoring our current furniture, but rather I need to make a decision on a piece I acquired quite a few months ago along
with the cigar box and the
embroidery hoops that I have begun to use around the house.
I recovered both of the pictures by stapling them
with left over fabric from the
embroidery hoops and then used velcro adhesive to adhere the giant clothespins.
So
with my trusty glue gun I glued the 7 ″ mirror to the square wood piece and then glued my
embroidery hoop over the mirror.
Finish accessorizing a console table, desk or bookcase
with some Pottery Barn inspired sculptures that you can make out of
