In case you missed this in your high school biology class, here's the deal
with endocrine disruptors...
Endocrine disruptors — If you have a poor diet that includes processed foods, hormone treated livestock or poultry, use cosmetics with parabens or non BPA plastics for food or drinking, you're coming into contact
with endocrine disruptors that mimic estrogen.
Exposure to chemicals in the environment is one of the greatest challenges to fertility and health generally,
with endocrine disruptors the main culprit.
That's because each of these activities (and more) can potentially put you in contact
with endocrine disruptors (ED's): chemicals that adversely affect your hormone health, resulting in weight gain, mood swings, anxiety, loss of sleep and skin issues.
One of them I think is hormonal (I see it at every cycle) and given that our environement it crippled
with endocrine disruptors I think it could also be a factor to explore.

They're

However, in a lot of cases, if we are getting the diet dialed in, orgetting like some omega - 3, fatty acid supplements in, we're removing synthetic estrogens, the plastics, and all the other exposures, the phthalates, and all the other

with many women - women.
