Just wanted to check something
with you, based
on recent
blog posts... I have read people are eating this cereal warm... I just wanted to make sure that
everyone knows that warm is ok, but HOT is NOT... Flax oil turns into trans fat when heated at high temperatures... so if warm water is being poured into the cereal, no problem, but if it is boiling water, probably not the best idea... As for the cookie recipe, I have inquired and basically an oven temperature at 350 and below is thought to be safe, so no problem there!

If you've read my
