I think he's actually done a video field guide on Hazel so you can actually watch what it does, but Hazel, what it will do is it will watch your files and if you scanned

with your fancy ScanSnapper or your scanner on your phone that has the ability to OCR and what that means is Optical Character Recognition, so to be able to
