This goes the same for any heavily processed foods
with added
sugar or HFCS but you asked about fruit, fruit juice is obviously not as bad as other high fructose foods as it contains phytonutrients, antioxidants etc. but my point is that
excessive juice
consumption can also be very dangerous.
