I agree
with all comments above, also keep your blog simple, clean and uncluttered (unlike our craft rooms) I find if I visit a blog thats too busy looking I get distracted and start clicking other buttons instead Do nt just blog alone, find other blogs that interest you whether it be via other blogs of
facebook, these are great
marketing tools too.

Great article and good work implementing your ideas, if a agent is just blogging,
facebook, and twittering, they will starve, the top agents accross North America are old school and work hard, very hard, they do some traditional
marketing but overall they are net working,
with new and past clients, look around your own
market places, and tell me we are wrong.
hi there Nick Pastore, the rental
market is very hot here in kitchener / Waterloo
market due to this area being the new tech sector of north america,
with employment opportunities
with google and
facebook, and other start up App companies such as kik and others.
I'm not hating on the new folks, but I am pretty damn annoyed
with the guru /
facebook / youtube torrent of bull $ h * t that drives this
market.
