false religions in the world... and specifically told us to read and study His truth (the Bible) so that we can sharpen our knowledge

As I listen to the national education conversation, recently heightened and hyped by the movie Waiting for Superman, I am troubled that the current conversation has set up a
false dichotomy that obscures the deeper challenges associated
with improving the quality of
teaching for every student.
But it's the
false rhetoric of success that's fueling the propaganda machine which has successfully convinced a lot of policy makers to get on board
with the drive to dismantle teachers» unions, privatize public schools, and turn
