Recently we had a
fantastic meal
using this recipe, prepared
with our high - fat Chaokoh coconut cream rather than coconut milk, and we omitted the peanuts altogether which led to a very rich, slightly spicy satay full of true Thai flavors (see pictures below right).
We just made these and
used our kombucha instead of juice,
with a couple table spoons of lime juice and they are

I saved the recipe card
with the intention of making the dish again in the future but ended up
using the recipe as inspiration for a slightly different dish that had all the
