i've been making kefir for just a couple weeks now and i'm wondering if you could help
with this: i'm wanting to make this fermented hot sauce and it calls for a starter culture - leftover
whey from making kefir - are the «grains» the leftover
whey?it calls for 1/4 cup
fresh whey or veg.
