It's like making chili but
with garam masala spice instead of chili and cumin.

The sauce is made of a delicious blend of spices, from curry powder to

You start

I love carnival squash and honestly, right now, I love anything
with a combination of nutmeg, cardamom,
garam marsala spices.
To make an Indian - flavored popcorn, replace the spices below
with 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon
garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric, and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.

I fry up garlic and ginger and then add 5T of curry powder and 1 T of
garam marasala (all penzey's spices brand) along
with a can of TJ's coconut milk, turmeric, 3 drops of liquid stevia and sriracha and salt to taste.
This dairy - free soup spiced
with cumin, turmeric and
garam masala is a surprisingly hearty lunch or dinner and pairs perfectly
with naan, roti or even baguette.
Currently this means brown rice + a basic yellow dal + plain yogurt on the side + shredded brussel sprouts sauteed
with a lot of indian spices (cumin seeds, some
garam masala, some tumeric, salt, a little chili powder.)
Curry is made of tamarind paste
with pinch of salt, sugar, flour, green chilies, cilantro, garlic, red -
garam masala, oil and of course the fish.
Add the
garam masala and coriander powder, simmer another minute or so and serve hot garnished
with the coriander leaves.
I made it
with pure ancho chile powder, but it would be equally tasty
with a chili powder blend, curry powder or even
garam masala.
