I love this recipe because of the rich flavorful tomato sauce
spiced with garam masala, tumeric, coriander, cumin, and cinnamon.
If you aren't
familiar with garam masala, it's a warm spice blend comprised of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, coriander, black peppercorn, nutmeg and red chiles.
