As a special education teacher, the coordinator will develop and teach engaging lessons that follow the rigorous, Common Core aligned Ascend curriculum and collaboratively
teach with a general education teacher in an inclusion classroom and differentiate instruction for students with special needs.
This teacher will collaborate
with general education teachers as well as other intervention providers to deliver specific interventions in designated deficit areas for teachers in the areas of reading comprehension, math reasoning, and math calculation.
