kefir with organic whole cow milk, but then tried it
with goat milk, and found that it thrived much better in the
goat milk.

Likewise, raw dairy and fermented dairy (yogurt and
kefir), particularly made from
goat's milk or sheep's milk, rather than cow's milk, is also much easier for people to digest, including those
with lactose - intolerance.

kefir, coconut yogurt or nut milk and fresh fruit.

I milk my own Jersey, eat my own eggs and meat beef, chicken

There are 2 types of
kefir - water and milk
kefir, the latter can be made
with sheep,
goat or cow's milk.
But you can also use (i) regular cow's milk (or
goats milk), (ii) another non-dairy milk like almond, cashew or oat milk, (iii) coconut water or (iv) try using 1/2 — 1 cup of natural yoghurt or
kefir (a fermented milk drink) and thinning out
with water, as required.
Anyway, I started taking PS either plain
with water or
with goat milk
kefir a little over a week ago.
Hi Just made

with a reputable
kefir starter pack and organic (but pasturised)
goats milk (can't get raw) for the first time, for the GAPs diet where I have to start having only the
kefir whey.
What about homemade baby formula made
with milk,
kefir, or yogurt from grassfed cows or free roaming, foraging
goats?
If you're OK
with dairy,
kefir or
goat kefir has more probiotics than regular yogurt.
