it with granulated white sugar, the same amount as swerve.

granulated sweetener (
white or brown
sugar) in the recipe
with a liquid sweetener (honey, agave nectar or maple syrup).

While stevia is another
granulated sugar substitute, I can't guarantee positive results because erythritol provides the bulk on par
with white sugar (which is necessary for baking), whereas stevia only provides the sweetness.

Truth: The brown
sugar sold at grocery stores is actually
white granulated sugar with added molasses.
I didn't have brown
sugar, so I used 1 1/2 cup of
white granulated sugar and I shredded one apple and folded it in

This recipe starts by warming egg whites
with white granulated sugar until nice and creamy, just like a Swiss Meringue.
If you need to make the recipe entirely
sugar - free, I like Swerve brand
granulated sugar substitute (and have had some success
with Lankato brand
white granulated sugar substitute), but that tends to be very drying so you might need more moisture.

How sweet you get is entirely up to your tastes, but it's worth noting that sweeteners
with greater depth of flavor are a better pick than basic
granulated white sugar.
