I've also tried similar recipes by adding
grass fed butter, coconut oil, and
grass fed collagen hydrolysate to herbal teas like dandelion root tea
with similar results.
Pureeing this all - purpose veggie
with a few simple ingredients — think garlic and
grass -
fed butter — will yield a creamy sauce and takes only minutes to blend.
A few minutes before serving, when you plate the meat, top each steak
with a tablespoon of the organic,
grass -
fed butter.

with herbs on both and you may want to include a small sweet potato

Lately I have been leaning more towards using local
butter made from happy organic
grass -
fed dairy cows, and am getting ready to make ghee
with it.
If you are vegan I have placed in some substitutions for the raw
grass -
fed butter, but of course you will lose that traditional buttery fudge taste and end up
with a slightly more coconutty one but I don't think this is a bad thing and all, and you will probably find that it feels like an even cleaner treat doing so.
It's perfectly chewy, light, and I love that the protein comes from
grass -
fed collagen — one of the most complete and easily digestible proteins that also improves your digestion (I wrote more about benefits of collagen in this

with collagen post).
I always add XCT oil,
grass -
fed butter, stevia and cinnamon
with my coffee for a creamy sweet fat burning coffee that tastes great!
