I used Bob's and still had a bit of the gooey center issue, but as soon as I scooped up some homemade hummus, any issues that I had
with the gumminess faded.
I made this cake / bread this morning and also had some issues
with gumminess and it being pretty dense — but I will definitely keep working to fine tune it because I love the flavor!
