Since it is an autoimmune disease how bad it is to eat nuts and seeds for someone
with hashis?
While I know the ideal macro for every individual may be different, is there a particular ratio that is recommended for
those with hashis?
Cross fit isn't recommended for most
with hashi's because many have adrenal fatigue.
I was only diagnosed
with hashi's last year, after 4 doctors failed to find what was wrong with me, left me on methimazole (hyper med) and just wanted to burn my thyroid out.

with autoimmune diseases are females; females are three times more likely to get
hashi's than males; most hashimoto's sufferers developed this disease during or after pregnancy, during menopause... It is obvious that hormone fluctuations is the main cause of Hashimoto to develop.
