Basically we're eating dessert for breakfast and I'm really excited about it and I have Ramona eyes any time I do that thing where parents trick their kids
with hidden vegetables except we're tricking myself with hidden dessert.
I had planned a new kid - friendly sneaky recipe
with hidden vegetables for today's post but after eating this wonderful bowl of cool silken tofu with cucumber and warming ginger, garlic and chilli, I had to share.
It also goes a step above other recipes in being good for
you with the hidden vegetable (spinach) in there with the kiwi who's powerful flavor will hide the spinach taste.

I am pretty chuffed
with my cunning in creating so - good - you - can't - stop - eating - them doughnuts that also
hide no less than three
vegetables.
Loosing a few brain cells every now and the isn't a huge worry, but considering that these MSG - like neurotoxins are in just about ALL of our foods (anything
with natural flavor of any kind, malted barley, carregenan, guar, xanthan or
vegetable gums, «spices»... the list of names used to
hide the fact that these are neurotoxins is very long) we're all basically consuming LOTS of these neurotoxins daily.
Don't bother
with trying to
hide or trick your child into eating
vegetables.
It is not about
hiding vegetables — its about learning to taste them, learning to like them in different ways, learning to cook them
with your parents or carers and above all enjoying your food.

If we trick kids into eating

vegetable hiding in there, or if you are serving a roast chicken, offset the moist meat
with a crunchy salad.
Plus, if your kids don't like eating fruit or

hidden in it is a simple way to get more vitamins into their diets.
