kettle bell like this so the weight will keep you more forward so you're not falling back onto your heels.

i also used to do lighter weight training
with either
kettle bells or i took a «total body» class which used lighter weights and did curls, squats, lunges, etc. however my NEW workout for the past 3 - 4 mths has been weight lifting, and 2 - 3 days HIIT.

We were kinda of figuring out the best way to approach some getting into shape and better things and
with all the stuff out there today and I know you use the Medex machine or like other things too but we wondered about the machines, and the
