with less cocoa, or added applesauce and banana, and 1/2 cassava flour 1/2 coconut flour, they might turn out better.
These days there are a lot more quality dark chocolate varieties available, including
some with less cocoa solids making them not quite so hard or rich, however, they still don't possess the same melt - in - the - mouth quality.

I replaced the raw cacao
with cocoa powder, using about 6 tablespoons, and used a little
less flour to compensate.

So, along
with using
cocoa nibs instead of chocolate, I also cut back a bit on the sugar in this version of the cake, I wanted something a little

For the blonde version it's just straight baking soda

cocoa that is washed during processing
with an alkaline solution to make it
less better.
With less hot
cocoa and more dancing, a table in front of the sofa is no longer needed.
Dutch - processed
cocoa is processed even further
with an alkalized solution to make it
less acidic and taste richer.
And
with the popularity of
cocoa content, it takes even
