Less creative: I love mixing plain, nonfat yogurt
with a bit of Amazing Meal protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder, and then adding it to chopped
fruit (apples, bananas, strawberries)
with some gluten - free cereal on top.

Second batch I made plain (without
fruit and
with less sugar), truer to what I'm told is traditional, and this one
with such an assortment of healthy grains I actually wondered if it would be any good.
His point is not to give up meat, but to eat
less of it from better, preferably local, sources, and fill the empty space on your plate
with plants — vegetables,
fruits, and grains.
If you've previously only paired oranges
with dry
fruits and chocolate, I urge you to try the
less acidic and pleasant sweet lime, and you will not be disappointed.

fruits) they look awesome just got to wait 12 more hours to see how they TASTE!!!
So I really like the idea of serving

Both dairy - free smoothie blends provide a full serving of
fruit with 130 calories (or

Pretty quick —
less than 2 hours and I'll basically just add fresh

with dinner and a couple treats here and there and that will be my day.
I would bake them a little
less time next time and would use an All
Fruit Preserves, which since these are pretty healthy
with bran and whole wheat flour, I wish I would have done so, but didn't think about it until it was too late, so I used Smucker's Raspberry Preserves — great tasting, but the number two ingredient is high fructose corn syrup.
I like it
with lots of fresh
fruit and
less sweetener.
