If you don't keep cutting the flower heads off, you end up
with little oregano sprouts all over your yard.
The fresh organic heirloom tomatoes are simply and quickly pan-roasted in extra-virgin olive oil
with a little oregano and salt and freshly pepper.

oregano and other Italian spices, (personally I don't think
little cayenne or red pepper flakes hurt) and fresh sweet peppers.

I cut the potatoes into small rounds and then layered them in a baking dish before seasoning them
