If you're concerned about raw egg whites, apparently it can be made
with meringue powder as well, according to The Everything Nordic Cookbook, which has such a recipe.

For garnish you may sprinkle the top of the

with plenty of bittersweet chips.
I used rice milk
with the Dream Whip and added a little
meringue powder to help stabilize it.

For salmonella concerns, substitute equivalent of 2 eggs
with dried egg white
powder * or
meringue powder * prepared.
Sprinkle
with cacao
powder and crush a few
meringues on top.
We top it
with vegan
meringues (which we happened to have at home), whipped coconut cream, melted dark vegan chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, raspberries and a dusting of cacao
powder.
It's commonly used in royal icing, instead if you can find
meringue powder that would be a replacement
with a few drops of water.
With a little research I discovered that egg white
powder is also known as
Meringue powder.

Meringues do work
with granulated sweetener too but I prefer using
powdered erythritol.
Ingredients: • 2 lbs
