bread crumbs in meatloaf and the one
with bread crumbs absorbed a lot
more fat than the other alternatives!

crumbs... (& i havent tried it yet, but, just while im mentioning gluten free — there is a rice - based couscous) & u can still have your pasta without wheat — slightly
more expensive, but worth it to avoid what gluten does to those who r intolerant — its made from cornflour, so not good for ppl
