Place the potatoes in a warm serving dish, and
dot with more butter and a sprinkle of red chile powder, if desired.
Repeat with more butter and remaining batter (makes about 12), wiping skillet clean between batches and lowering heat if necessary.
Place one waffle on a plate,
top with more butter if desired, and ladle about 1/2 cup of the chicken gravy over top.
Continue cooking and rolling crepes until you've used up all of the batter, brushing the
pan with more butter as necessary.
Once the other side of the grilled shrimp skewers have browned, flip, place on the side with no heat, in this case my upper rack, and
