In the same pot, whisk together the Greek yogurt
with the
pasta water, starting
with 1/4 cup and adding
more, as needed, to reach desired thickness.
The
pasta will store MUCH longer this way and will be perfectly cooked when you reheat it (which, when camping can be done by throwing it into some boiling
water for a few seconds or,
more easily, by mixing it
with the sauce or garnish over the heat for a while).
Toss
with tongs until
pasta is coated in pesto and add
more pasta water if it seems too dry.
If I wanted things
more glisten - y and coated I'd likely stir some reserved
pasta water, broth, and / or cream back in
with the eggs.
Add 1/2 cup
more pasta water if necessry, season as necessary
with salt & pepper, stir and serve.
Season
with salt and pepper and pour sausage mixture over
pasta, add parsley and
more pasta water if it seems dry.

But you still need that stainless steel pot to boil
pasta water, or the saucepan to reheat soup or make oatmeal, and the sauté pan for fish
with the crispiest skin (
more on that technique here).
This mixture can also be thinned out
with a bit
more water or lime / lemon especially when using it on
pasta.
Add the 3/4 cup of caciocavallo, season
with salt and pepper and stir gently; add a little
more pasta water if necessary.
Thin the sauce
with more pasta cooking
water, a little at a time, as needed.
