My favorite kale chip recipe is with a little bit of olive oil and steak seasoning (hehe) though I must try
some with nooch!
Underneath the baked tofu and roasted butternut squash is emerald kale salad and vegan mashed potatoes (which I topped
with nooch).
I was definitely not expecting to find places with menu items like matcha maca lattes with hemp milk, zucchini noodles
with nooch / hemp sauce, chia puddings with raw cashew cream, and hipster coffee shops with really good single origin espresso.
I flavored up my vegan quesadilla cheese
with some nooch, garlic and hot sauce.
Brown rice, half an avocado, & two hard boiled eggs
with a nooch based sauce on top.
I totally forgot to say I sometimes sprinkle
it with nooch right out of the oven too!
When I first learned to cook
with nooch, I was told to always add a bit of lemon juice to make the «cheesy flavor pop out», so I did add about a tablespoon of lemon juice, but couldn't say if it really made a difference.
You could also use a vegan parmesan or drown
it with nooch (nutritional yeast).
It is AWESOME, especially
with some nooch added on there too!
I made
it with nooch, cayenne instead of ground ancho, a giant red pepper, and no jalapeno or miso (since I was out).
Not exact matches
I left out the miso, subbing more
nooch instead,
with great results.

nooch), a natural plant - food that has a cheesy / nutty flavour as well as often being nutritionally fortified; I sprinkle
nooch on pasta, popcorn, pizza, rice, etc..
She is sure to say, «I'm sorry, I don't know that,» and then I can intone «Hey Google» into the phone and pose the question or just spin around, sit in the chair, and do a Google search without saying a single word) roasted to hell and back
with several careless wrist - shakes of black pepper, salt, garlic powder, sweet smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, and a touch of nutritional yeast (which I will never call «
nooch» even if you put a gun to my temple and tell me that pulling the trigger will not yield a little flag emblazoned
with the word «Bang!»).
It starts
with boiling the potatoes until just soft, draining them, then blending them together
with dairy - free milk, my trusty pickled jalapeños,
nooch and a bunch of spices.
Topped
with tomato sauce, mushrooms, red onions, So Delicious Mozzarella Flavored Shreds and
nooch is the first pizza (half of the dough spread on a five inch by eleven inch baking sheet.
Lunch — couscous / red quinoa
with baked sweet taters, carrots and a hummus /
nooch sauce.
I wonder how these would do oil-less on a silcone baking sheet
with just a sprinkle of water to help the
nooch stick to the cauliflower?
With this recipe, I can pop the
nooch (nutritional yeast)- coated sweet potatoes (aka The Best Damn Roasted Sweet Potatoes Ever) in the oven for half an hour and cook up the chickpeas in the last 5 - 10 minutes that they're in the oven.
Eventually I became so obsessed
with eating an everything bagel
with vegan butter and
nooch that I was eating it a few times a week... or more if I'm honest.
I tried adding more cheese,
nooch, spice, salt, lemon (in increments
with tasting between, of course).
The different veggies conferred different textures while enveloped by the creamy lime avocado mash
with a hint of cheeziness from the
nooch.
Breakfasts — for breakfast I often have toast
with avocado,
nooch and sea salt; sugar free cereal
with fresh fruit and sees / nuts and almond milk; eggs and toast; coconut yogurt
with berries and seeds; scrambled eggs
with veggies; leftovers from dinner; green smoothies; rice or wasa crackers
with nut butters and dates — you get the idea... Mom's muffins are one of my favorites!
Fabulous flavor, nutty texture, tender, not at all crumbly — and heavenly
with a generous smear of homemade butter and a sprinkling of
nooch.
I'm chalking it up to being a non vegan
with no food allergies who is mighty fond of
nooch.
I doubled the
nooch and added a tsp of miso, along
with some dry mustard and turmeric.

nooch, if you're really into it — is different from live yeast (used for making bread) or brewer's yeast (the stuff you make beer
with) and is usually grown from sugar - cane, beet molasses, or wood pulp.
Somehow the proportions of these herbs (especially that pop of mint) combine together to create a very savory and well - rounded taste
with absolutely no added sodium or even
nooch — that's right if you can't eat nutritional yeast this is the perfect sauce and salad dressing for you!
