However, your
nutritional info here must be wrong — I got a total of about 240kcal (although my milk is slightly higher in that)-- did you maybe calculate it
with full - fat coconut milk (which has easily 300 - 400kcal per cup) instead of the coconut beverage (~ 50kcal / cup)?
I hope no one will take offense, but an RD that runs the FS Dept might not have the expertise, and yes a resturanture
with Hotel / Rest Mgmt degree / experience can always use a program to evaluate the
nutritional info needed for the USDA / NSLP programs such as Nutri - kids or others that does the required
nutritional analysis.

i don't understand how you can get away
with posting any relevant
nutritional info with all those alternate ingredients (eggs versus chia versus nut butter) they have completely different
nutritional content.
