oil, although the cacao butter gives it the lovely chocolatey flavor that we all love.
I made some minor alterations: since I have a sensitive stomach and have had trouble
with high - fat foods in the past, I

I adapted it from the Williams Sonoma Dessert cookbook,

oil, for no other reason that I was out of butter (it tasted delicious
with oil).
My recipes are simple, they're all dairy - free
with the exception of ghee (which isn't really dairy), but this can easily be

I will bake them so as not to fry them
