Cover a baking
sheet with paper towels (or a tea towel) then crumble the tofu into 1/4 - to 1 / 2 - inch pieces on top.
To do so, first remove the seeds from the pumpkin's inner cavity and wipe them off
with a paper towel if needed to remove excess pulp that may have stuck to them.
Before roasting in the oven, I recommend placing the tofu on a plate
with a paper towel on top and place a heavy object on top.
