Creamy Coconut Peanut Butter is an easy, homemade spread made
with peanut powder, unsweetened coconut shreds, unsweetened non-dairy milk, and that's it.
I love this recipe because it's made
with peanut powder instead of peanuts, so it's super light and fluffy while also being a little lower in fat.
I topped one slice with cookie butter and granola and the other slice
with peanut powder, banana, raisins and cinnamon.
Dinner was a hodgepodge of cereal which I ate without milk and instead topped
with peanut powder sauce, homemade fudge sauce, banana, pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs.

For this, I heated some olive oil (you can use sesame oil too), added sesame seeds, raw
peanuts (my favorite nut), Sirracha
powder mix (my new invention which I feel is better than the sauce and more versatile), Chinese long beans, salt and to add extra flavor I finished this dish
with coconut flakes.
An extra scoop (or two) of vanilla whey protein
powder and you have a
peanut butter cookie that you can take
with you to the gym.
This clean ingredient profile just means the
peanut powder is higher in protein, fiber, and nutrients than
peanut butter
with a higher fat content and
peanut powder is easier to digest (at least for me).
When the caramel is ready add in baking
powder,
peanuts and cashews and stir well until nuts are coated
with caramel.
He prefers carob to chocolate, so I simply mixed some carob
powder with water to make a paste, and mixed it

* I would not suggest keeping this over 1 week or in your pantry since it has no preservatives (a good thing) but if you just want a single serving you could easily use 1 tablespoon
peanut powder and 1 dried frig
with 2 teaspoons of water to test this recipe out for a one - serving deal.
