with phyllo sheets.

When working with store - bought phyllo dough keep in mind it is usually frozen so defrost in the refrigerator overnight rather than trying to defrost in room temperature and keep the extra dough covered with a damp cloth as you are working
with another phyllo dough piece.
I've never worked
with phyllo before, so that was neat.

Because yufka are not so easy to find unless you have a Turkish or Middle Eastern market near you, I've modified my original recipe to replace the yufka

Cover the
phyllo dough
with a wet cloth to stop the layers from drying out.
Sprinkle about 1/2 cup of the chopped nut mixture over the 10th layer of
phyllo dough, then top
with 3 more sheets of pastry and brush
with butter between each sheet, then sprinkle
with more nuts.
Brush the top layer of

I made the spinach
phyllo triangles as instructed, but will use 1/2 the amount of dill next time and will try it
