with phyllo dough, and today we have another awesome samosa recipe, this one featuring a homemade flour - based dough.
The TJ's pre-made version of this classic spinach, feta, and phyllo dough masterpiece presents the ultimate benefit: You don't even need to think about working
with phyllo dough.
How do you feel about working
with phyllo dough?
When working with store - bought phyllo dough keep in mind it is usually frozen so defrost in the refrigerator overnight rather than trying to defrost in room temperature and keep the extra dough covered with a damp cloth as you are working
with another phyllo dough piece.
I personally think caramel will be too heavy
with the phyllo dough and make it a bit too heavy.
Because yufka are not so easy to find unless you have a Turkish or Middle Eastern market near you, I've modified my original recipe to replace the yufka
with phyllo dough sheets, which are available in most supermarkets (sometimes located in the freezer section).
Working
with phyllo dough isn't the easiest thing in the world, but with a gentle touch, it's surprisingly straightforward to make these phyllo rolls.

I might have a slight obsession
with fillo, especially since I found The Fillo Factory organic
phyllo dough (say that three times fast) at our local store.
