with the introduction of two new fish and
chip shop favourites —
Pickled Onion and Curry Sauce.
Put aside the usual
pickle relish this August and instead try this healthy, tangy salsa made
with corn, mango, lime and cilantro, which can be used on burgers, on tortilla
chips, or as a side dish.
Trisha creates three mixtures,
with eggs, flour and breadcrumbs, and lets them do double duty for blanketing both onion rings and
pickle chips.
