Smooth Vegetable Gazpacho
with Watermelon Pieces (serves 4) about 11 heirloom tomatoes — skin and seeds removed (you might have to blanch them quickly so that the skin comes off easier) 4 small

My grandma used to make them in the summer to enjoy year around ~ My Mom made just a few pints of them in the summer ~ she used to use red and green food coloring, (even number of pints in each color), along
with the red & green
cherries in the pints, so as to dress up the
pickle plate for Christmas dinner and through out the Holiday season!

with a Siberian specialty, a rich cake made from the ground - up pits of bird -
