plain yogurt, gorgeous, local pears (seriously, these are the best pears I've ever had), pluots (bought them for the first time last week and am obsessed by their beauty and sweet flavor), toasted
coconut flakes, wild hazelnuts that I brought
with me from Germany (they look like acorns, though), almonds, pistachios, and bee pollen (a new ingredient in my kitchen).
Start

plain yogurt are packed
with probiotics, vitamins and enzymes.

yogurt) for a vegan version replace the
yogurt with one full 400 ml can of
coconut milk at the initial step instead.
Eat by itself, on top of

Finally, I topped off this tasty shake
with a nice big dollop of some
plain coconut yogurt (vanilla soy
yogurt also works really well), some Navitas Organics cacao nibs, and then I popped the glass in the freezer for 20 minutes to let the shake get all nice and thick and slightly frozen.
If the
coconut milk you use to make your
yogurt is made from just
coconut and water,
with nothing else added, then I would think it would be the same as
plain coconut.
Other than snacking on them
plain, I like to have them
with coconut yogurt, make a quick chia jam (you can use that recipe for any berry), dip them in raw chocolate and freeze them for when my sweet tooth needs a hit, and, of course, freeze them for smoothies!
I started about two weeks ago without the herbs (just raw garlic,
coconut oil and ACV) but have still been eating
plain greek
yogurt with cinnamon.
