To everyone having problems
with the
glaze... most
powdered sugar has cornstarch added to prevent clumping.

You could serve it as is, or
with just a dusting of

Glaze: 1 cup (140g) icing
sugar, sifted 2 tablespoons freshly - squeezed lemon juice 1 tablespoon water Brush the indentations of a madeleine mold
with melted butter.
And once baked, brush the still warm Madeleines
with a lemon
