with my friends I make raw desserts which always get rave reviews.
So one of the first things I taught myself how to make healthy when I
quit sugar and dairy milk was healthy milkshakes... starting
with my favorite flavor of all time — mocha!

quitting sugar is to keep your blood
sugar stable
with almond butter.
