with a liquid sweetener in a long time, so I don't exactly remember how much
agave I used for these when Mr. Wing - It was on his low GI diet, but the nice thing about these is that you can totally eat the
raw dough and adjust the sweetener before you bake them.
I often use walnuts and dates
with agave and
raw cacao powder.
Also, do you grate the
raw beets and then take the gratings and cook them
with the
agave and then puree?
Once it's melted, add the
raw cacao powder and Sweet Freedom or
agave syrup and mix well
with a metal balloon whisk (taste the mix and add more sweetener if required).
