I'd definitely like one of these fancy ice cream machines... My favorite flavor is just plain old
chocolate, but made

powder, avocado, and young coconut... Sounds kind of weird, but it's sooooo good and pretty guilt free...
Interestingly, Consumer Labs also found that dark
chocolate bars may be a safer choice over

powder, as many of the latter were found to be contaminated
with heavy metals.

I combine the melted dark
chocolate with the mashed avocado and then add a few droppers full of liquid stevia,

powder, and a little bit of vanilla.

with raw Coconut Butter as the base, adding other ingredients until it is to my liking and then freezing it for an excellent
raw treat.

I used 1 3/4 C Sprouted Spelt Flour, 1/2 C honey to replace all sugar, browned butter, 1/2 C
raw cocoa
powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp almond extract and replaced buttermilk
with raw soured milk... pre-bake, topped
with coarse Celtic Sea Salt and handful of uber dark
chocolate chips ~ cus that is just how I do things... EXCELLENT!
