For example, tangy, effervescent kefir from Russia made from

milk; dahi, a sour yogurt - like creation, made in the Middle East and eaten
with every meal; or the delectable cultured crème fraîche found in European cultures.
I would almost suggest
raw cow,
goat, or sheep
milk as a substitute for formula, but they are high in protein and should be topped up
with a fat (egg yolks if tolerated are good, beef fat or other animal fats, coconut oil are possibilities) and a carb (rice syrup may be a good choice).

raw goat milk far more readily available than
raw cow
